Terms

Terms of use

Last updated 5 Oct 2026

These terms apply to your use of europropdeals.com (the “site”), operated by the Euro Prop Deals media team (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the site.

1. An information site, not a financial service

Euro Prop Deals is an independent media and information project. We publish research about proprietary trading (“prop”) firms: whether they sell to residents of Europe and of your country, what their programmes cost, their rules, and discount codes. That’s all we do.

  • Nothing on the site is financial, investment, trading, tax or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy any product or make any trade.
  • We are not a broker-dealer, futures commission merchant, introducing broker, commodity trading advisor or investment adviser, and we are not registered with or regulated by the SEC, CFTC, NFA, FINRA or any other financial regulator.
  • We are not an investment firm and we are not authorised by any EU, EEA, UK or Swiss financial regulator, for example under MiFID II. We don’t provide investment services.
  • We are not a prop firm and we don’t sell challenges. Any purchase is between you and the firm, under that firm’s terms.
  • Rankings, “featured” spots and verdicts are editorial opinions based on the information available to us on the date shown. They are not a guarantee about any firm.

Decide for yourself, and get professional advice if you need it.

2. What prop firm challenges are

Prop firm challenges are paid evaluations, usually traded on simulated accounts. If you break the firm’s rules you lose the fee, and most people who buy a challenge don’t pass. Payouts depend entirely on the firm and its rules. These products are generally not regulated as investment products by financial regulators in Europe. When we say a firm is “available in Europe” or in your country, we mean it sells to residents there, nothing more. Only spend money you can afford to lose.

3. Accuracy of what we publish

  • We check firms against their own websites, terms and restricted-country lists, and we date every check. Firms change prices, rules, platforms and the countries they sell to without notice, so information can go out of date between checks.
  • Discount codes are set by the firms. We test codes where we can, at the firms’ checkouts from a US connection. We have not tested checkouts from a European connection. A code can expire, change or be withdrawn at any time, and we can’t guarantee it will work for you.
  • Prices are shown in US dollars, as the firms list them. Your card provider may charge currency conversion or other fees.
  • Always confirm the current terms, price and whether the firm sells to your country on the firm’s own site before you buy. If you spot something wrong, tell us and we’ll check it.

4. Affiliate relationships

Some links on the site are affiliate links. If you buy through one, the firm may pay us a commission, at no extra cost to you. How this works and what it affects is explained on our affiliate disclosure. We aim to make commercial relationships clear, as consumer protection rules on advertising in Europe and the US Federal Trade Commission’s Endorsement Guides expect.

5. What we don’t do

To be clear about where our role ends, Euro Prop Deals does not:

  • accept payments, deposits or funds for any prop firm, or hold money on anyone’s behalf
  • collect card, bank or other payment details
  • sell, resell, transfer or broker funded accounts or challenge accounts
  • provide trading signals, copy-trading services, account management or “pass your challenge” services
  • help anyone get around a firm’s country restrictions, identity checks or KYC, for example by using a VPN or someone else’s details
  • encourage breaking any firm’s rules, such as account sharing, prohibited strategies or multiple-account abuse
  • publish paid placements without labelling them as sponsored, or let payment change what we say about which countries a firm sells to
  • publish fake reviews, invented user counts or codes we know don’t work as if they did
  • offer gambling, betting or any product that is illegal where you live

6. How you may use the site

You may use the site for your own personal, non-commercial information. You agree not to:

  • use the site in any way that breaks the law, or to help anyone else break it
  • scrape, crawl or copy the site’s content or data by automated means, except normal search engine indexing
  • republish our research, reviews or code lists without our written permission
  • try to access the admin area, our database or anyone else’s data, or interfere with the site’s security or operation
  • send spam, malware or abusive messages through the contact form
  • pretend to be us, or suggest a connection with us that doesn’t exist

You must be at least 18 years old to use the site. Prop firms sell their products only to adults.

7. Other sites

The site links to prop firms and other third-party sites we don’t control. We aren’t responsible for their content, products, payouts, decisions or privacy practices. Your dealings with them are governed by their terms.

8. Our content

The site’s text, research, design and code belong to us. Firm names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to identify those firms; this doesn’t mean they endorse us. You may quote short extracts with a link back to the page.

9. No warranty

The site and everything on it is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, about its accuracy, completeness or availability, or about any firm, product or code listed on it.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Euro Prop Deals and its team are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site, from relying on its content, or from any dealings with a firm listed on it. This includes challenge fees, trading losses, refused payouts, expired codes and lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law, such as liability for intent or gross negligence where the law says so.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the mandatory consumer protection law of the country where you live.

11. Indemnity

If you misuse the site or break these terms and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs of that claim, to the extent the law allows.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

13. Contact
